Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Texas. You will perform hardware-focused break fix services on client products and report to the Territory Supervisor.

The role requires troubleshooting ability and adherence to company guidelines while providing high-quality customer service on-site. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of relevant experience and hold technical school certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in field service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
