Training The Street LLC is seeking part-time instructors to lead private equity and financial modeling training programs for corporate and academic clients across North America and Europe. Instructors will deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, benefiting from a sustained network of opportunities and ongoing candidate matching.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in private equity, strong Excel modeling skills, and a passion for teaching.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in private equity.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in private equity investing and analyses.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with constructing PE models.
• Familiarity with cap tables and equity waterfall modeling.
• Up to date on current LBO financing structures.
• Understands the use of management incentive packages in LBO structuring.
• Comfort with AI tools and their impact and use cases in financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
• Team player and active listener.
• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge; prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver interactive in-person or virtual training programs for the world’s top private equity firms, investment banks, and consulting firms.
• Work with instructor development coaches to learn TTS content, systems, and delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with client relationship managers to identify and meet client needs.
• Book and manage travel as needed.
• Deliver 15-50 days of training per year with the bulk of deliveries taking place from June-August.
• Collaborate on editing and updating training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Develop new course content tailored to client needs.
• Opportunities to contribute to internal and client-facing thought leadership.
