Job summary

Training The Street LLC. seeks part-time instructors to lead financial modeling and valuation training programs for corporate and academic clients across North America and Europe.

Instructors deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, partnering with coaches and client managers to ensure top-notch training experiences. Ideal candidates have MBA, 5+ years in relevant finance roles, strong Excel skills, comfort with AI tools, and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• MBA required.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Comfort with AI tools and their impact in financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and teaching abilities.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive in-person or virtual training sessions for finance professionals.
• Collaborate with development coaches to learn content, systems, and delivery best practices.
• Coordinate with client managers to identify and meet client needs.
• Manage travel as needed.
• Deliver 15-80 days of training per year, with most sessions June–August.
• Edit and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Develop new course content tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to internal and client-facing thought leadership.
