Job summary

WIS International in Rockford, IL is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) to coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and travel to retail locations to drive accuracy and results. You will partner with District and Area Managers to resolve inventory concerns and demonstrate core values on every shift.

Starting wages range from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for advancement within a team that values Spirit, Pride, Integrity,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
