Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation in Rockford, IL, seeks a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and drive accuracy and consistency across locations.

This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, travel to retail sites, and opportunities for promotion while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and teamwork within a diverse, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Driver's license and/or auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
