WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory in the Port St. Lucie area. The role emphasizes coaching Inventory Associates, maintaining accuracy, and traveling to retail locations as needed. A robust onboarding process includes paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Applicants should be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of related experience. Reliable transportation and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
