Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation is hiring a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) in the Port Saint Lucie area. You will coach Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and travel to multiple retail locations to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.

Starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to join a supportive team committed to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District/Area Managers to drive excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
