Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to support store operations in Louisville, KY. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and driving accuracy in inventory processes.

Starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training. This position requires travel to various retail locations and promotes opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
