Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor (Mornings) in Paducah, KY. Starting wage is $16.00–$19.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training.

The role includes coaching staff, traveling to stores, and partnering with district/area managers to drive accuracy and efficiency. This position welcomes applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old, and 2 years of inventory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
