Food Microbiological Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a reliable Accounting & Inventory Assistant to support accounting, receiving, and inventory responsibilities in Cypress, CA. This part-time role offers 8–16 hours per week within 8am–6pm schedule.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to follow established processes, and proficient with Excel. Associates degree or current undergraduate in related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or current undergrad in accounting, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Experience with Excel or spreadsheet software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Receive and organize shipments
• Restock shelves and supplies
• Track inventory across warehouses
