• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Shifts include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail customer service or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments (including pick-packs and backhauls).
• Maintain the department and store through clean work areas, cycle counts, restocking, and merchandising.
• Support store operations by loss prevention awareness and physical inventory prep.
• Assemble floor displays and re-sets.
• Assist customers and perform carry-in/out.
• Participate in open and close procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
