Qualifications

• 2+ years of office clerical support experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred; WA court interpreter certification highly valued
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; strong data entry and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize interpreter requests from the Municipal Court system
• Schedule interpreters for court hearings, trials, and related appointments
• Process same-day interpreter requests and changes using scheduling system
• Contact interpreters to confirm assignments and update calendar changes
• Enter processed invoices into the interpreter web application
• Provide in-person clerical support and manage office supplies
