• Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred in insurance.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficient with CRM.
• Able to learn insurance products and explain options clearly.
• Motivated, coachable and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Turn cold and warm leads into meaningful conversations.
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering customer information.
