Qualifications

• Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Work with the agent to meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market appropriate products and services.
