Mycitymyagent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the State Farm Agent Team in Massillon, Ohio. In this part-time role, you will provide exceptional service to clients, manage policy inquiries, and support agency goals. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a commitment to customer care. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $19.00 and opportunities for advancement. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but can be obtained post-hire.
