North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University invites applications for part‑time instructors for Spring 2026 or Fall 2026. Part‑time instructors are hired on a semester‑by‑semester basis to teach physics courses.

Primary Purpose Of Position

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related subject with a minimum of 18 graduate‑credit‑hour courses.

Preferred

This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies. Employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina, within a 2‑hour commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
