The Department of Computer Systems Technology (CST) invites applications for Part‑Time Instructors for Spring 2026 or Fall 2026. Part‑Time Instructors are hired on a semester‑by‑semester basis to teach courses in electronics technology, information technology, and computer system technology programs. This is a temporary position.
The instructor will teach both face‑to‑face and online courses, attend training sessions, and provide academic advising. Additional duties include supporting student organizations, contributing to program development and assessment, and collaborating with faculty and staff across the department and university.
Remote or hybrid work arrangement may be available in accordance with university and state policies. Employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina within a 2‑hour commuting distance of the assigned duty station.
