Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Education, or a related field.
• Two (2) years or 4,000 hours of experience in a medical administrative professional, medical office manager, or other medical administrative position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Education, or a related field.
• Three (3) years or 6,000 hours of experience in a medical administrative professional, medical office manager, or other medical administrative position.

Responsibilities

• Teach Healthcare Reception, Medical Billing, Medical Administrative Specialist courses.
• Develop and plan instructional strategies, including hybrid, face-to-face and online delivery.
• Participate in faculty meetings and staff development activities.
• Advise students on assignments, tests, grades, and career concerns.
• Ensure timely grading, maintain office hours, and support student learning.
• Maintain competencies aligned with the Faculty Quality Assurance System.
• Assist students with work experience assignments such as internships and team projects.
• Uphold the college mission, vision and values.
