The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) seeks a part-time Instructor in Machining to deliver lectures and labs for Machine Tool Technology at the Henderson campus and Debra March Center of Excellence. The instructor will create course materials, assess student mastery, and provide guidance to diverse learners.
Requirements include an AS in Machining or 5 years in industry; preferred: online/hybrid teaching, curriculum development, and lab/industrial experience.
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by course availability.
This position is a part‑time teaching role in Machine Tool Technology (MTT) courses, primarily taught at the CSNHenderson Campus and the City of Henderson Debra March Center of Excellence. The instructor will deliver both lecture and lab instruction and provide related support to students.
Courses will be scheduled in-person during the day, evenings, and/or weekends.
$925.00 per credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
