Job Duties

• Develop instructional materials aligned with learning objectives, course competencies, and instructional interventions to support student self-service and virtual events.
• Conduct effective, relevant, and engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives.
• Participate in faculty learning communities and developmental opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Provide proactive, relevant, and timely virtual instruction to students within specific courses or domains.
• Facilitate student communities to support peer collaboration and faculty interaction.
• Offer student-centered virtual coaching to help achieve personal, academic, and career goals.
• Adapt instructional and coaching practices to meet common student needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Terminal degree and domain-specific licenses or certifications.
• Extensive experience with distance education and online students.
