Job summary

The University of Miami seeks a Sr. Program Coordinator (temporary, part-time) to support OVPRS educational initiatives by developing engaging instructional content, coordinating events, and managing communications.

You will work with subject-matter experts to deliver current, accessible resources that align with university standards. You will also coordinate website content, newsletters, and program logistics, while contributing to workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Degree in Instructional Design or Higher Education Administration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain instructional content, training materials, multimedia resources, assessments, and online learning experiences with subject-matter experts.
• Coordinate website content, communications, and educational program logistics to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Draft, edit, and proofread website copy for clarity and audience appropriateness.
• Support workshops, seminars, conferences, and events through stakeholder coordination and material preparation.
• Ensure materials are aligned with university branding and policies.
• Format and proofread training materials for in-person, virtual, and self-directed learning.
