Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary study or an Associate's Degree as required.
• Passing score on assessment of reading, writing, and mathematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to relate well to students, staff, and public.
• Basic computer skills and typing ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist students individually or in small groups.
• Develop and implement lesson plans or strategies with teachers.
• Maintain records and assist with assessments and scoring.
• Communicate with teachers and staff about student needs.
• Manage student behavior with positive intervention strategies.
• Perform clerical duties and operate office equipment.
