Job summary

Würth Elektronik Group is seeking a reliable, flexible Part-Time Float Inside Sales team member to provide in-office coverage for colleagues out of the office, ensuring continuous support for customer territories and department operations. You may manage up to two inboxes and assist with quotes, samples, and open-order reports.

A consistent weekly schedule is required and shifts may include alternative hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales to grow existing customers and meet monthly goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on availability.
• Generate quotations and oversee customer orders, forecasts, contracts, and expedit es.
• Proactively contact customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and promote product knowledge.
• Request regular forecasts and communicate requirements to Supply Chain.
