Responsibilities

• Support Inside Sales with day-to-day activities and customer communications.
• Help prepare quotations, sales materials, and product information for customers.
• Assist with account research and identify potential opportunities.
• Update customer and sales information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with field sales, customer service, and technical support teams.
• Answer order-related questions, sample requests, and general inquiries.
• Conduct market or customer research to support sales projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the Inside Sales team.
