Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vessel Master/Second Captain and navigate vessels safely as required.
• Provide operational leadership onboard and supervise students/operators.
• Ensure vessel maintenance readiness and safety procedures.
• Coordinate logistics with shore staff and port officials.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety policies.
• train and discipline direct reports as needed.
