DORN Companies is seeking a Part-Time Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist in Elk River, MN. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible, gig-based hours and compensation of $55 to $60 per hour based on experience and credentials.

You will perform ergonomic assessments, coach on body mechanics, and deliver hands-on therapy at client sites, with duties including documentation and reporting to support injury prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in injury prevention or a related field, preferably industrial.
• Licensure in athletic training, PT, OT, OTA, PTA, or LMT is valued.
• Proficiency with reporting and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and provide injury‑prevention coaching.
• Deliver hands‑on deep tissue therapy and body mechanics training.
• Collaborate with client site management to implement safety measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records.
• Engage in client surveys and weekly/monthly reporting activities.
