Job summary

Vivo Infusion in Valhalla, NY is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse for a part-time role. You will administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and monitor patients before, during, and after treatments in a safe, compliant environment.

The position requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year IV experience. Thursday–Saturday shifts, non-exempt status, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree.
• ONC Certified, preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience.
• Certification in CRNI preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering.
• Document patient assessments and report to medical staff.
• Perform safe and accurate IV insertions.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth.
• Support CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet review for treatments.
• Supervise unlicensed care team.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies.
