Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Irving, TX. The Infusion RN will provide safe, effective patient care, administer infusion treatments, and monitor patients before, during, and after each session in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a current RN license, IV/infusion experience, and CPR/BLS certification. This part-time, non-exempt role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor's degree.
• ONC Certified, Preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• Certification in specialty/CRNI, preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in infusion treatments.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Document and report on patient assessments to medical staff.
• Skillful and accurate IV insertion.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth, as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Perform admission and ongoing assessments on patients.
