Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Staten Island, NY team. You will provide infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and perform IV insertions with careful patient monitoring before, during, and after treatments.

Qualifications include a current state nursing license, a BSN/ASN, CPR/BLS, and IV experience. This role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and offers a competitive hourly pay plus 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• ONC Certified, Preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Certification in specialty/CRNI, preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive manner.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion; assist with inventory.
• Document and report patient assessments to medical staff and team.
• Skillful and accurate IV insertion.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist CQI improvement activities.
• Perform admissions and daily run/flow sheet reviews.
