Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse for a part-time role in Irving, TX. You will provide infusion care, calculate and administer medications, and monitor patients throughout treatments.

The position requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and IV experience. ONC or CRNI certifications are preferred, with responsibilities including documentation, HIPAA compliance, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• ONC Certification, Preferred
• Certification in CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive manner during infusion treatments.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescribed medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatment.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Document assessments and communicate with medical staff and team members.
• Perform IV insertions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Support CQI improvement activities.
