Job summary

VIVO Infusion in Staten Island, NY is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide safe, effective patient care, administer infusion treatments, mix medications, and perform accurate IV insertions.

This per diem role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and offers a flexible schedule (Mon–Fri as needed; 8:00am–6:00pm as needed) with a 401K plan and competitive pay. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IV experience, current state RN licensure, and

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure is required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• ONC Certification, Preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• Certification in CRNI, preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering.
• Document patient assessments in medical records.
• Perform IV insertions accurately.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet reviews.
