Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN and FNP licenses in Michigan.
• NP license must be Board Certified through ANCC or AANP.
• Active BLS CPR certification.
• 2+ years infusion experience with ports.
• Strong understanding of clinical processes and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision of clinical and administrative operations at Uptiv Health centers.
• Prepare, document, dispense, and administer infusion medications and injections.
• Document patient data in the Electronic Health Record accurately.
• Provide drug education to patients and caregivers with RN support.
• Serve as clinical point of contact for referring providers.
