Job summary

Uptiv Health in Novi, MI is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our on-site infusion care team. You will apply your nursing skills to document patient interactions, educate patients and caregivers, and work closely with NPs and providers to support high-quality care in a patient-centric clinical setting.

We value bedside manner, clinical excellence, and collaboration across departments. Requires 4+ years of clinical experience, active MI RN license, and BLS CPR; infusion experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience.
• Active RN license in Michigan.
• Active BLS CPR certification.
• 2+ years of infusion experience; ports familiarity preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical processes and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Document patient discussions, visit notes, vital signs, and health history in the EHR.
• Provide generalized drug education to patients and caregivers with NP support.
• Serve as a clinical contact for referring providers on questions and requests.
• Prepare, document, dispense, and administer infusion medications and injections per policy.
