Job summary

Uptiv Health is seeking a Part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical oversight in our Novi infusion centers. This on-site role reports to the local Nurse Practitioner and focuses on safe, patient-centered infusion care for complex chronic conditions.

You will supervise clinical and administrative operations, prepare and administer infusion meds, document in the EHR, educate patients, and serve as a point of contact for referring providers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification (ANCC or AANP)
• BLS CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision of clinical and administrative operations within Uptiv Health centers.
• Prepare, document, dispense, and administer infusion medications per policy and insurance authorizations.
• Document findings in the Electronic Health Record with patient discussions and vitals.
• Provide drug education to patients and caregivers with RN support.
• Serve as clinical contact for referring providers on questions and requests.
