Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of new infusion centers. This part-time role (approximately 8 hours/week, 1 day) is in-person in Ogden, UT, focused on high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

The NP must have an active Utah license, at least 2 years in outpatient/infusion care, and strong communication skills. IV therapy experience is a plus; flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Nurse Practitioner license in Utah (unrestricted).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and plan of care.
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers for order clarification and patient status.
• Resolve clinical escalations per policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medication per clinical protocols and organizational policies.
• Onboard new Medicare patients with calls and documentation.
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance through supervision, chart auditing, and LNM letters.
