Job summary

Local Infusion in Ogden, UT is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part-time, in-person role (approximately 8 hours per week) focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating with providers.

You will handle scheduling communications, orders, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, while maintaining excellent documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP license in Utah.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with referring/providers for plan of care, order clarification and patient status.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling, symptoms and inquiries.
• Resolve clinical escalations in line with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications per protocols and organizational policies.
• Onboard Medicare patients with establishment calls and documentation.

Role Overview: Infusion Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionateNurse Practitioner (NP)to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part-time (approx 8 hours/week or 1 day/week) in-person role is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and support through the launch of our new centers. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Location : In person inOgden, UT

Clinical Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.)

• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care through order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication

• Resolve clinical escalations, in accordance with policies and procedures

• Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols, evidence based standards, and organizational policies

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities

• Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation

• Ensure clinical quality & compliance across region through clinical supervision and oversight, chart auditing, and Letters of Medical Necessity
