Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care during visits and documents care in real time.
• Provides supervision to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge instructions.
