Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or in an alternate infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care. This licensed RN role requires a current, unrestricted license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification.

You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient safety, document care in real-time during visits, and support discharge planning and education for patients and families.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit and communicates with physicians on changes.
• Provides mentorship to Infusion Nurse I and ensures patient safety and compliance.
• Documents care in real time and supports discharge planning and patient education.
