Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II in Tucson. You will coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician plans, with supervision from a designated supervisor.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating patients and families, and ensuring timely documentation to support care continuity and billing. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care for home patients and infusion suites.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts treatment as directed by physician orders.
• Provides training and mentorship as needed to other nurses.
• Completes timely clinical documentation for billing and care continuity.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
