Job summary

IVX Health is hiring a Part-time Nurse Practitioner in Memphis to lead infusion therapy and patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The NP will provide on-site and virtual supervision, perform assessments, and educate patients and families on treatment expectations.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and RN license as required by state.
• Board certification with AANP or ANCC.
• BLS require; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision of infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and EHR accuracy.
• Support efficient clinical workflows and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
