Discovery Kidzone in Clancy, MT is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our caring team. You'll work with a Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where toddlers can learn, explore, and build essential skills.

No prior childcare experience is required. We provide paid onboarding, ongoing training, and support to help you succeed, with opportunities for advancement and certifications such as CDA or Montessori paths.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous childcare experience.
• We’re looking for someone who is passionate about toddlers and eager to learn.
• Willingness to complete Montana licensing training.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the daily care and supervision of toddlers.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children.
• Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, movement, and hands-on activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Help children build confidence, independence, and positive relationships with peers.
• Assist with meals, naps, toileting, transitions, and other daily routines.
• Observe children’s development and share updates with families.
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and classroom team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy learning environment.
• Follow health, safety, and Montana licensing requirements.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

You'll:

• Assist with the daily care and supervision of toddlers
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children

• Able to guide children with kindness and consistency
• Interested in early childhood development
• Willing to learn and complete all required Montana licensing training
• CPR Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided!
