Discovery Kidzone is actively seeking a Full-Time Lead Infant Teacher in Bozeman, MT. The role begins Sept 8, 2026 and focuses on guiding infant classrooms, creating engaging activities, and partnering with families for ongoing development.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in licensed childcare, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring staff. Training and mentorship are provided to grow into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Leadership experience is helpful but not required—we provide training and mentorship.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Ability to complete state licensing and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom routines for infants and young toddlers.
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe and document children's progress.
• Maintain regular communication with families regarding children's development and daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies.
• Guide and support classroom team members while promoting a collaborative environment.
• Organize classroom materials and maintain a clean, safe learning space.
• Work closely with center leadership to ensure high-quality classroom operations.
