Discovery Kidzone in Bozeman, MT is seeking an enthusiastic Infant & Toddler Teacher to join DKZ West. You will create a warm, safe classroom and support infants and toddlers as they explore, learn, and form early routines.

No prior childcare experience is required; paid onboarding and ongoing coaching help you build confidence. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay, plus training and opportunities to pursue CDA or Montessori certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Caring, dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children.
• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Must complete Montana licensing and training requirements.
• No prior childcare experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children.
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime.
• Create engaging learning experiences through songs, sensory play, books, movement, and hands-on exploration.
• Observe and document children's daily activities and milestones.
• Communicate with families about routines and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
