DORN Companies in Littleton, CO is seeking a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist. This 1099 contractor role emphasizes hands-on therapy, body mechanics coaching, ergonomic risk assessments, and collaboration with site safety teams to reduce injuries and improve worker well‑being.

Work mostly on Wednesdays from 8am to 12pm (4 hours). Experience with hands-on therapy and program delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of injury prevention or related hands-on therapy and coaching experience.
• Active hands-on therapy and coaching in body mechanics.
• Experience in ergonomics desired but not required.
• Documentation skills with Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Professional liability insurance active upon hire.
• State licensure in AT/PT/OT/OTA/PTA/LMT.

Responsibilities

• Body mechanics coaching for employees.
• Risk assessment and injury prevention solutions with site teams.
• Hands-on therapy delivering deep tissue therapy.
• Documentation using DORNs systems.
• Employee surveys to gather feedback.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to client teams and DORN management.
