Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document management system to track freight locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
