A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Westampton, NJ is seeking a full-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team.

You will safely load and unload freight, verify documentation, and operate a forklift or similar equipment. This role offers a starting hourly rate of $23.55, increasing to $28.35 after 12 months, with a Monday-Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, weekly pay, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers.
• Track freight using the document management system.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide customer-service focused support.

Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team in Westampton, NJ. This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $23.55 rate. Rate will increase to $28.35 rate after 12 months of employment

Dockworker Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment, preferred
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all company and government safety rules and regulations
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Dockworker Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to insure safe transport
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
