Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Manassas, VA is seeking in-store sales representatives to engage shoppers, educate them on HVAC and plumbing options, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. Part-time opportunities are available, with flexible weekend hours and potential for progression within ARS.

Weekly pay is supported by incentives and paid training. No door-to-door or cold calling; you’ll represent the ARS brand in a retail store environment and work toward

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
