ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage shoppers in national home improvement stores in Ashburn, VA. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with potential $20-$30/hour with incentives.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities exist, with paid training and weekly pay. Join a growing team, develop sales skills, and advance into HVAC sales roles while avoiding door-to-door canvassing.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings attendance.
• Background check as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-gen goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts

• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
