ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Location is Springfield, VA, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission and enjoy paid training and weekly pay. We welcome applicants with an outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers; HVAC experience is not required.

Qualifications

• You don’t need HVAC experience to be successful.
• We are looking for people who are: Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
