Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations and support client activities in retail environments. You will learn product details, engage shoppers, and present samples with proper equipment while maintaining a polished appearance.

This part-time role (up to 25 hours per week) may require occasional travel. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment and supplies.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to consumers.
• Prepare foods and beverages using small appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution and achieve 100% execution on tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements on the same day as events.
